Tyler and I got to spend a weekend alone, without children. Why haven't we done this sooner? It was so much fun. We counted it as part of our 5 year Wedding Anniversary.
As a special treat, we got a hotel in San Antonio for one night and hit the town. We saw the Alamo, the River Walk, and even the Symphony. It was a great trip.

Mmm...time alone with the hubster is definitely always a blessing for us! This past time was awesome, spending a night in Waikiki a couple days before the surgery. I'm stoked you two had such a great time! Here's to more times (hopefully before) and after deployment!
