Well, almost anyways. We are under contract and scheduled to close January 13th. It's 4 bed/2 bath. There are minor fixes to make, but we got a good deal and are excited about it!

I can't even imagine what it would be like to be in a "real" house that I could call my own. That is awesome!
Congrats! I'm excited for you to have that much room. I was perfectly content in our little house with one kid, but now that we have two I can't wait until we can get something bigger.
